RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Applicable to online vehicle reservations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- The original reservation receipt or proof of payment must be presented when requesting a refund.
- If the Reserving Party pays the reservation amount and subsequently withdraws from completing the purchase, the Reserving Party shall not be entitled to a refund of the reservation amount or to make any claim in respect thereof.
- If the Seller (the Showroom) receives the reservation amount and subsequently withdraws from the sale without a valid reason attributable to the Reserving Party, the Seller shall be obligated to refund the reservation amount to the Reserving Party.
- If the sale cannot be completed due to a force majeure event or any circumstance beyond the control of both parties that renders performance of the contract impossible, the reservation amount shall be refunded in full to the Reserving Party.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Bahraini Civil Code and the Bahraini Consumer Protection Law.
