TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applicable to online vehicle reservations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. The Reserving Party shall complete the purchase process and take delivery of the vehicle within ten (10) days from the date of notification by the Seller that the vehicle is available for delivery.
2. If the Reserving Party fails to take delivery of the vehicle within the aforementioned period, the reservation priority shall be deferred to the next shipment, if available, subject to the prevailing circumstances and the Seller’s applicable procedures.
3. The final purchase price of the vehicle shall be determined upon its arrival at the Seller’s showroom and shall be binding upon both parties for the completion of the sale.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Bahraini Civil Code and the Bahraini Consumer Protection Law.
