The booking party is to complete the payment and receive the vehicle within ten days from the seller’s notification.
If delivery is not taken place within the proposed time, the allotment to be postponed to the next available shipment.
If the booking is cancelled BD50 is applicable for Passenger Vehicles and BD100 is applicable for Commercial Vehicles.
Price prevailing at the time of delivery is applicable.
This receipt is not valid unless the cheque is fully realized.
Original receipt is required for refund.

The Terms & Conditions in (1-2-4) are not applicable if the customer paid the full amount in advance.

يلتزم الطرف الحاجز باستكمال العقد واستلام السيارة خلال فترة (۱۰) عشرة أيام من تاريخ إشعار البائع له.
في حالة عدم قيام الطرف الحاجز بالاستلام خلال الفترة المشار إليها أنها يؤجل تسلسل حجزه إلى الشحنة التالية إن وجدت.
في حالة قيام الطرف الحاجز بإلغاء الحجز يخصم مبلغ وقدره خمسون (٥٠) دينارا بالنسبة لسيارات الركاب و (١٠٠) مائة دينار بالنسبة للسيارات التجارية.
تطبيق الأسعار السائدة وقت تسليم السيارة.
لا يعد هذا السند نافذا أو ذا قيمة إلا في حالة استحصال قيمة الشيك كاملا.
- السند الأصلي مطلوب في حالة المطالبة باسترجاع المبلغ.

ملاحظة :-

لا تطبق الشروط والأحكام الواردة في (١-٢-٤ ) في حالة قيام المشتري بدفع كامل المبلغ مقدما.
